Black leaders protest two county principals’ new assignments

Local NAACP leaders asked the Columbus County Board of Education Monday to reconsider two of the 185 personnel decisions it made last month. The county schools’ only two Black principals will both be assistant principals after a major series of administrative reassignments affecting almost all campuses.
