Chadbourn council votes to demolish building in code enforcement action

Under the new procedure, Chadbourn Town Council members will be able to speak on a single issue for only three minutes at a time, although he or she will be able to speak twice on the same issue.

Chadbourn Town Council voted 3-1 Tuesday night to approve an ordinance ordering the demolition and removal of a dilapidated non-residential building in the downtown area.
