PREMIUM CONTENTA woman who led State Troopers and deputies from two counties on a wild chase has been served with more charges in Columbus County.
Caroline Ivey Dew, with addresses in Chadbourn and Evergreen, was charged with probation violations and fleeing to elude arrest in Columbus County, according to arrest reports
