A high speed chase in Chadbourn Monday led to two arrests for narcotics trafficking, speeding and other charges.

Arrest reports show Houston Edward Scott, 22, is being held under $215,000 bond on four counts of trafficking in opiates, two counts each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver prescription medications
