Contractor aiming to finish WHS building by March

After almost a year of delays, construction at Whiteville High School has a new projected completion date: March.

Michael Goodson, director of operations at Clancy & Theys Construction out of Wilmington, told the Whiteville City Schools Board of Education Monday that he is “supporting” a deadline “to deliver the project
