County schools consider COVID-19 protocols for coming year

The Columbus County Board of Education will meet in special session Thursday, July 29, at 1 p.m. to discuss coronavirus-related protocols for the start of the 2021-2022 school year. The meeting will be at the schools’ central offices at 817 Washington St. in Whiteville. No other business will be discussed, according to
