Court order lays out rules for Sandy Ridge owners, residents

At its 6:30 p.m. meeting Tuesday, Whiteville City Council will hear an update from District Attorney Jon David concerning a recently agreed-upon consent order between the Superior Court of Columbus County and Sandy Ridge Apartments, located at 704 Nolan Ave. in Whiteville.
