D.A. to law enforcement: ‘show zero tolerance’ of violations at Sandy Ridge

As a part of a recent consent order handed down by the Superior Court of Columbus County, Sandy Ridge Apartments must follow several new rules or risk forfeiture of the property, District Attorney Jon David informed Whiteville City Council at its Tuesday meeting.
