Event Details

Starting July 20, every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning at 10 a.m. we will begin our Summer Reading Program for ages 4-12. The more books you read and the more activities you participate in, the more prizes you will be eligible to win! Go to the website and download the free printable reading log to document your progress or pick one up from the Whiteville Branch. https://ccplnc.weebly.com/kids–teens.html

Summer Reading is sponsored by the Columbus County Public Library System and the Local Government Federal Credit Union (LGFCU).

Register for the Summer Reading Program by going online or by calling the library at 642-3116. As you reach your milestones along the way, you will earn points that can be used to enter various grand prize drawings, which will be selected through random drawings to take place on Aug. 16.

In addition, once you have logged at least one book or activity after sign up, you will be automatically entered into our $25 gift card drawings. The gift cards will feature local and major retailers.

For more information call Rhonda Collins or Patricia Williams at 641-3974. Visit us at https://ccplnc.weebly.com/
