Columbus County Youth and Families Association will hold its annual Taste of Columbus fundraiser in a virtual format. This year’s theme is “Southern Style.”

Starting Feb. 21, attendees will be able to purchase tickets for $24.99 on the organization’s Facebook page and vote for their favorite chef and chef in training by liking the chef’s video. Voting will end Feb. 26 at 5 p.m., and winners will be announced Feb. 27 at 5 p.m.

Anyone wanting to participate as a chef (adult) or chef in training (up to age 18) can submit a video to Meleah Evers by Feb. 20. Videos should be no longer than 5 minutes. Chefs and chefs in training compete for cash prizes: first place, $100; second place, $50; third place, $25. The most votes overall receives the People’s Choice Award.
