In the interest of the safety of our staff, children, parents, caregivers and other community members, the offices of the Columbus County Partnership for Children and the Smart Start Early Learning Facility will be closed to the public beginning March 16, 2020.  All scheduled activities, to include Family Fun Day and all workshops for child care providers, will be postponed to later dates.  We will provide updates and other information via Facebook and Twitter.  Please refer to these pages for ongoing information and resources for our local community.
