Learn how to become a foster or adoptive parent Saturday, August 25th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Columbus County Fairgrounds. The free Foster to Adopt Family Fun Day is sponsored by the Columbus County Department of Social and is open only to Columbus County parents. Children attending can enjoy cotton candy, funnel cakes, Sno Cones, bounce house slide, carnival games and hot dog’s by Ray’s Grill. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the day. Pets are not allowed.
