RSVP is sponsoring a FREE Financial Literacy Workshop Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 9 a.m. at Southeastern Community College in HHS Building room 129.  BB&T and Columbus County Sheriff’s Department will present a program with information helpful to recognize and avoid fraud and scams that are many times targeted to seniors.
