The Concerned Bikers Association/ABATE of Columbus County will hold its 11th annual Memorial Poker Run, in Whiteville Saturday, August 25, 2018. Riders should meet at Sue’s Diner at 8 a.m. for a 9 a.m. to rollout to the Special Operations Museum and dinner at Charlie Mike’s Pub in Fayetteville.

Each hand is $10, with prizes for the best and worst hands. All funds from the run go to local non-profit assistance projects.

This year, the ride is in memory of Wendy Norris, Johnny Brown, Malachi Stanley, Doug Klier, Bobby Todd, Bill Byars, David James, Carol Foggan, Cassie Holcombe, Steve Hinson, Lynn Reaves, Jesse Creech, Paul Willoughby, Steve Skochinsky, Willard Norris, and Joe Jablowski.
