‘It’s my calling’ – Wilder partners with sheriff’s office to raise awareness through videos

Blue lights flash as sheriff’s deputies jump out of a military vehicle and surround Baldwin Woods Pharmacy in Whiteville on July 13. It appears they’re there to de-escalate a hostage situation. A few minutes later, a loud bang ricochets down Jefferson Street and a witness screams.
