Lake board approves budget, addresses bike/pedestrian study rumors

A 5% cost-of-living adjustment for employees and no new property taxes are part of the 2022–23 Town of Lake Waccamaw budget that was unanimously approved Tuesday night. 

“I’ve been involved in many budget processes over the years, this was the best,” Town Manager Damon Kempski told the council members.
