The Seven Sentimentalists, a local singing group during the 1950s, performed for the first time in 40 years at Strawberry Encounters. The Sentimentalists were Ann Bullock Bess, Patt Currie Houston, Pat Hinson Hyatt, Sheila Hinson Butler, Carolyn Peal Powell, Llelanie Sutton Orcutt and Jean Stroll Holland.
