Leave it to a 10-year-old boy to figure out how to make the aftermath of Hurricane Isabel fun. Unable to resist the river of water pouring through a freshly cut ditch near his home, Trey Nealey, of Whiteville, made the best of his “holiday” with some splashing around. One of his dogs also got into the act.
