Photos from Saturday’s torrential rains.

This radar shot shows that that most of Columbus County has gotten up to 15 inches of rain as of 8 a.m. Saturday. Another 13 was predicted for the rest of the day. More rain will fall Sunday.

This photo of the pedestrian bridge just south of Soules Swamp is a sign of possible flooding to come.
