No action is taken after election board talks personnel issues in closed session

The Columbus County Board of Elections went behind closed doors for about an hour to discuss personnel issues Monday in their first meeting since Elections Director Carla Strickland told the N.C. State Board of Elections (SBOE) that there was an attempt underway by unnamed members of her staff
