As another week of school began, Columbus County Schools had only one case of COVID-19, a staff member at the central offices, according to spokesman Kelly Jones at presstime Monday.
Whiteville City Schools Superintendent Marc Whichard, for the second Monday in a row, reported zero positive cases among students and staff at presstime.
Classical Charter School of Whiteville and Columbus Christian Academy both reported zero cases.
Thomas Academy did not provide an update by presstime.
