Nonprofit hopes to improve Chadbourn youth

New Jersey native Robbie “Pedro” Stephens has lived in Chadbourn for 19 years. He said his experience of seeing crime and poverty on city streets compelled him to offer children and youth “something to do after school to keep out of trouble.”
