Alfis Ray Wilkins

Alfis Ray Wilkins, 77, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022, at his home. He was born Oct. 15, 1944, in Columbus County, the son of the late Marion Lee Wilkins and Viola Thompson Wilkins.
His funeral service will be at held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, at Delco Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church on Kaiser Road in Delco with Revs. Calvin Malpass and Patsy Smith officiating. His family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in the Union Grove Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church cemetery. Peacock Funeral Home of Whiteville is serving the family.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Simmons, Jacky Wilkins, Bobby Powell, Dean Powell, Brian Powell and Michael Bonsignore.
He is survived by a brother, George Wayne Wilkins and wife, Gail, of Delco; a sister, Mary Wilkins Lankston and husband, David, of Delco; and several nieces and nephews.
