Alice Faye Harrelson Duncan

Alice Faye Harrelson Duncan, 75, of the Beaverdam community, entered into her heavenly home Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, at her residence.

Faye was born Nov. 12, 1944, in Horry County, to the late Theodore Carson “T.C.” Harrelson and Elizabeth Ann Harrelson-McDowell. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Coe; and her beloved husband, Larry Dalton Duncan, who preceded her in 2013.

Visitation will be held  from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14 at Beaverdam Original Freewill Baptist Church. Her funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the church sanctuary. Burial will be in Hinson Cemetery with Rev. Buddy Seay officiating. Worthington Funeral Home is serving the family.

To cherish her memory, Faye leaves behind two daughters, Kaye Duncan Cribb (Timmy) of Chadbourn, Heather Duncan West (Marty Turner) of the home; special “son,” Jeremie Clemmons (Sandra) of Chadbourn; two brothers, B.W. “Buck” Graham (Lois) of Dillon, S.C. and Lloyd Harrelson (Charlotte) of Loris, S.C.; five grandchildren, McKenzie B. Phillips (Bryan Cross), Chandler D. Phillips (Alyson Butler), Callie E. West, Lilah C. Elliott, Emma C. Turner; special “grandchildren,” Ashton Clemmons and Paisley Clemmons; and one great-grandson, Colton Reed Phillips.
