Alice Pearl ‘Bunny Smith’ Callahan Honeycutt

Alice Pearl “Bunny Smith” Callahan Honeycutt, 64, died Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Kitty Atkins Hospice House in Goldsboro. She was the daughter of the late Agnes Pearl Thompkins Callahan and Harry “Scratch” Homer Callahan Sr. and the widow of Richard Eugene Honeycutt Sr. She was also preceded in death by two siblings, Linda Gail Callahan and Harry Homer Callahan Jr.
She was a member of the Ash Volunteer Fire and Rescue for 15 years.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 14 at Worthington Funeral Home with Pastor Buddy Seay officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
She is survived by one daughter, Pamela Faye Honeycutt Batten of Chadbourn; one son, Richard “Chris” Christopher Honeycutt of Chadbourn; one sister, Barbara Ann Callahan of Bladenboro; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
