Dillon Cameron Jackson, 27, passed away Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at his home. He was born June 14, 1994, in Columbus County. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gerald Jackson.
Dillon lead a life of no regrets. He never experienced selfishness, anger, greed or envy and never complained. He faced each day with a smile, contentment and love. The kind of love he gave was true and unconditional. He never had a negative motive for the happiness and love he gave….it was PURE. If you didn’t spend time with this one in a million person, you surely missed a blessing from one of God’s special people. He is with our precious Lord who gives and takes away. But we trust God’s judgement and know Dillon is dancing in the sky.
A private service will be graveside in Peacock’s Columbus Memorial Park. Peacock Funeral Home of Whiteville is serving the family.
He is survived by his mother, Lynette Formy Duval Alumbaugh of Nakina; his father, Ayries Cameron Jackson and wife, Sheila, of Fayetteville; one sister, Ayrielle Jackson of Charleston, S.C.; a half sister, Lily Jackson of Fayetteville; maternal grandmother, Hilda Formy Duval and maternal grandfather, Arnold Formy Duval of Nakina.
