Elbert Harold Lewis

Elbert Harold Lewis, 67, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Columbus Regional Healthcare.
Mr. Lewis was born March 22, 1955. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Lewis and Macie Jane Cannon; his wife, Linda Gordon Lewis; and his siblings, Wendy Powers, Bonnie Lewis, Janet Caines and Rodney “Ronnie” Caines.
A service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn with Dr. Darrin Moore officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-4:50 prior to the service.
Survivors include his daughter, Windy G. Lewis of Tabor City; one sister, Teresa A. Campbell and husband, Charles “Stoney” of Hickory; one stepson, Brandon D. Stegall and wife, Samantha, of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Macy Jenkins, E.J. Jenkins and Tanner Jenkins; and one niece, Crystal Cambell of Hickory and her three children.
