Mary Collier Williamson, 98, died Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Columbus Regional Healthcare. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Franklin Collier Sr. and Keturah Lennon Collier and was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Williamson Jr.
Mrs. Williamson was a high school teacher at Hallsboro High and was a member of Lake Waccamaw Baptist Church.
She served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4 at Western Prong Baptist Church Cemetery. McKenzie Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include one son, Tyrone Collier Williamson of Lake Waccamaw; one granddaughter, Katherine W. Hyatt of Lake Waccamaw; and one grandson, Andrew J. Williamson IV of Wilmington.
