Michael Wayne (Mikey) Hinson, 65, died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016. He was born March 24, 1951, the son of the late T.S. and Thelma Dudley Hinson.
He was formerly employed as a construction worker with several commercial construction companies.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16 in the chapel of Peacock Funeral Home with Dr. Darren Moore officiating. The family will recieve visitors at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16 at the funeral home.
He is survived by one brother, Shelby Hinson of Whiteville; and one sister, Beverly Barden of Wilmington.
