Milton Ray Gore Sr.

Milton Ray Gore Sr., 78, died Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Columbus Regional Healthcare. Born Sept. 15, 1943, in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Joseph Adam Gore and Evie Mae Stanley Gore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Rodney Gore and Christopher Gore; two brothers, Lloyd Gore and Royce Gore; and three sisters, Shirley Gore, Mary Ann Gore and Deborah Gore.
His funeral service will be private. Inman Ward Funeral Home and Crematory of Tabor City is serving the family.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Ann Cartrette Gore of the home; one son, Milton Ray Gore Jr. of Whiteville; one daughter, Lisa Renee Gore Cribb of Whiteville; two sisters, Esta Boswell of Whiteville and Faye Lawing of Ohio; two grandchildren, Robert Brandon Cribb and Jeremy Matthew Cribb; and two great-grandchildren, Madison Cribb and Sawyer Cribb.
