Nathan Scott Corbett


Nathan Scott Corbett, 28, died Sunday, July 7, 2018. He was the son of Barry Haywood Corbett and Joan Strickland Corbett.
He served in the U.S. Army as a Aviation Cordinator.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14 at Pierce Cemetery in Hallsboro with Rev. Ryan Clore officiating. McKenzie Mortuary of Whiteville is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include his parents, Barry Haywood and Joan Strickland Corbett; two brothers, Jeffrey Scott Corbett of Wilmington and Rodney Atkinson of Goldsboro; his grand parents, Haywood and Myrtle Corbett of Whiteville; his grandmother, Dora Strickland of Erie, Pa.; a great-grandmother, Helen Pope of Hallsboro; aunt, June Thames of Wilmington; and an uncle Dave and Doris Corbett of Tabor City.
