Otis James (Buster) Todd, 66, died Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Columbus Regional Healthcare in Whiteville. He was the son of the late Dalmer and Piccoula Todd. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Louise Todd Smith.
He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 14 at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. Final rites will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 15 at the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Fairfax officiating. Interment will be in China Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Pansy Nobles Todd of the home; four brothers, Raymond Todd of Nakina, Roger Todd of Fairmont, Terrell Todd of Ridgeville, S.C. and Pete Todd of Texas; three sisters, Cathy T. Grooms of Texas, Mary Douglas Todd Grooms and Lisa T. Muckenfuss, both of Ridgeville, S.C.
