Phillip O’Neil Bracy, 36, died Friday, July 21, 2017 at his residence.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26 at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 210 Hallsboro Road South, with Rev. Franklin Graham officiating. Viewing will be held from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, July 25 at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville and Wednesday, July 26 following the service at the church. Cremation will follow.
Surviving are his parents, Kenneth and Elaine Bracy of the home; two sisters, Leashia Pope of Apex and Tina Freeman of Bronx, N.Y.; one brother, Kenneth Bracy Jr. of Wilmington; and his maternal grandfather, James Fleming Pridgen of Whiteville.
