Taunya Starr Lowe Norris, 64, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, following injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Taunya was born July 5, 1957, to the late Johnny Thurman and Saundra Amerylis Reavis Lowe. She was also preceded in death by her husband, David Dewey Norris; and daughter, Teva M. Norris; and a brother, Mark Anthony Lowe.
A graveside service commemorating Taunya and her daughter, Teva’s life, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, May 16, at the Norris Cemetery with Dr. Tommy Bryson officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2:30, prior to the graveside at Worthington Funeral Home.
Mrs. Norris is survived by two siblings, Randon Paul Lowe of Lakeland, Fla. and Teresa Michelle Foley of Loris, S.C.; and her grandchildren, Hannah Norris of Cerro Gordo and Ryan Olson of Clarendon.
