Wendy Renee Wilson Britt, 39, passed away Monday, Feb. 28, 2022, following injuries that were sustained in an automobile accident.
Wendy was born Sept. 24, 1982, in Whiteville.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 4, in the Williamsons Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will speak to friends following the service. Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn is serving the family.
Wendy is survived by her husband, Henry Marvin “Sonny” Britt III; her loving parents, Thomas “Tommy Lee” and Virginia Rose Nobles Wilson of Chadbourn; one son, Jonathan “Riley” Hammond of Chadbourn; two siblings, Richard “Richie” Thomas Wilson, Deidre “Dee Dee” W. Britt (John) of Lumberton; and many loving nieces and nephews.
