Willa Carol Butler Smith, 63, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Willie Butler; and one sister, Charita Britt.
The family received friends Sunday, Sept. 24 in the Elizabethtown Baptist Church Fellowship Hall followed by a funeral service with Dr. David Elks and Rev. Nathan Mortan officiating. Burial was in Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown. Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Smith of the home; one son, David Smith of the home; two daughters, Andrea Smith of the home, Alysa Vandalen of Hampstead; one sister, Mary Helen Foy of Maple Hill; and three grandchildren.
