Open house at new city hall postponed

An open house at Whiteville’s new city hall, originally scheduled for Wednesday, June 19, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 17, between 4 and 6 p.m.  City Clerk Bonnie Williams said the delay is due to extending the timeline for construction projects to be completed inside the new building.
