Columbus County Department of Aging presents The Senior Prom at Vineland Station in Whiteville on April 26th from 5:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Dinner served at 5:30 P.M. Enjoy dancing and entertainment. The Exhibit “Paints, Camera…Action!” is a “visual concert” of two friends and fellow artists that met just two years ago. Jackie Lewis, photographer and Jenny Greco, painter and jewelry maker will inspire us all to get out our paint brushes and cameras! The exhibit runs April 26 – June 21.

This drop-in fun and interactive outdoor event celebrates nature through creative play. Come dressed for the weather and ready to get messy every Friday from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Nature PlaySpace is designed especially for children pre-school to elementary age, but all ages are welcome.

Come out and join the Kelly Volunteer Fire Department at 10 a.m. April 28th at the Kelly Ballpark in Kelly, N.C. for a parade followed by beach music with North Tower, bounce houses, crafts, raffles and food along with lots of family fun! Parade lineup is on the Cassius Smith Rd. All entries should be lined-up by 9:30 a.m. North Tower Band begins at 11 a.m. at Kelly ballpark.
