SBI investigating fire at former Chadbourn police chief’s residence

The N.C. State Bureau of Investigation is looking into a September fire that destroyed a home owned by the spouse of indicted former Chadbourn Police Chief Anthony Spivey. The fire happened the day the home was scheduled to be sold as a foreclosure.
