Simmons named ‘Providers of the Tree 2020 Compassion Champion’

Atrium Health, which manages Columbus Regional Healthcare System, presented its inaugural “Providers of the Tree 2020 Compassion Champion” award to CRHS Chaplain Jeremy Simmons. Atrium’s logo features the Tree of Life. “Today, because of its seasonal growth and renewal, the tree has come to symbolize preservation and regeneration of life — to which Atrium Health is dedicated,” according to the company’s website. “Chaplain Simmons goes above and beyond daily for not only our patients and their families but our hospital family as well,” CRHS said in a statement. “We thank you, we celebrate with you, and we are very proud of you.”
