Local barber will cut hair to help American Legion team

Levy Jones, owner and operator of Town and Country Barber Shop, has pledged to donate his earnings from business on Friday, July 13 to the Whiteville Post 137 American Legion baseball program. Town and Country is located at 818 South Madison Street in Whiteville.

Jones was a member of the 1996 Whiteville American Legion state champion squad coached by Arnold Harwood.

Jones invites you to come in July 13, get a haircut, talk some baseball and help provide financial support for the operation of the Post 137 baseball program.
