Stallions softball bruise Knights

South Columbus connected for 10 hits from eight different players in a 10–0 win over the West Bladen Knights in the opening round of the NCHSAA 2A East softball playoffs. The eighth-seeded Stallions will host ninth-seeded Midway Friday at 6 p.m. (weather permitting) in round two.
