Suspect charged with murdering man found in Cape Fear River Saturday

A suspect has been charged with murdering a man whose body was found in the Cape Fear River near Riegelwood Saturday.

The U.S. Marshals Service assisted with the arrest of Jim Robert Goins, 41, in Raleigh Tuesday night. He was charged with first-degree murder and taken to the Bladen County
