N.C. 130 closed for a time due to truck fire

Crews from Brunswick Volunteer Fire Department work to extinguish flames coming from a pickup truck that caught fire on N.C. 130 Monday afternoon just before 4:30. The truck was being towed behind a hauler that was carrying three vehicles. The driver said he stopped after noticing smoke coming from the pickup truck. The highway was closed as crews put out the fire. No one was injured. Staff photo by Justin Smith.
