Two years after Florence, Register is home

Michael Register of Crusoe Island is starting the new year in a new house — one he helped build with the assistance of volunteers and an international Christian nonprofit. On Dec. 17, Register accepted keys to a new house from Andy Beauchamp, project superintendent for Samaritan’s Purse in Whiteville. With friends
