Vehicle fleeing Highway Patrol wrecks with SUV full of people in Whiteville 

The Highway Patrol says the driver of this Acura fled when a trooper initiated a traffic stop Wednesday on Pinewood Drive and wrecked with an SUV on J.K. Powell Boulevard.
