Whiteville Triple A, Majors teams stay alive despite weather delays

Be it waiting hours to play or playing past midnight, the Division 1 Triple A and Majors teams from Whiteville have weathered many metaphorical and literal storms to keep their World Series dreams alive this week in Leland.

The tournaments, which began Saturday, are now assured of continuing deep into Friday
