Whiteville won’t have mayoral election in November

In an effort to save money and not confuse voters, Whiteville Mayor Terry Mann’s seat won’t be up for election in November, according to a unanimous vote by the Whiteville City Council on Tuesday. His term will last until March 2022, like the terms of the other council members
